Our preparation kitchen is transformed into a private dining room, where a specially created menu is demonstrated from preparation to final product, for you to enjoy. The 6 course degustation features signature dishes and is matched with carefully selected wines to compliment the flavours of each dish. At the end of the evening you will have the opportunity to purchase these boutique wines at a very special price, as well as leaving with the recipes for the chosen dishes that you have sampled throughout the meal.
