An evening at the Chef’s Table is a dining experience not to be missed.  Get an insight into what it takes to prepare and create the delicious meals that our chefs at Café Patina are renowned for.

Limited to only 12 people, enjoy a culinary journey lead by head chef and owner, Stewart Wallace.

Our preparation kitchen is transformed into a private dining room, where a specially created menu is demonstrated from preparation to final product, for you to enjoy.  The 6 course degustation features signature dishes and is matched with carefully selected wines to compliment the flavours of each dish.  At the end of the evening you will have the opportunity to purchase these boutique wines at a very special price, as well as leaving with the recipes for the chosen dishes that you have sampled throughout the meal.

We’re teaming up with McLeish Estate Wines from the Hunter Valley who have been making top quality Wines for more than 30 years.  Still family owned and operated you can taste their passion and experience in every glass. On Saturday June 15th we’ll be joined by Chris Penny who has a long standing and trusted relationship with the McLeish family, having introduced their wines to an iconic venue in Sydney many years ago and more recently has joined the team to continue to introduce Sydney and NSW to the experience and excellence McLeish Wines have to offer.  We have long been supporting McLeish Wines here at Café Patina and are looking forward to hearing more about their Wines and matching them with the food you know and love from our kitchen.
