At Café Patina we put a lot of effort into finding the perfect accompaniment to your meal. Our dishes are made with the finest of ingredients, sourced from the best local suppliers. Just as with our food, we like to support our local wineries and showcase the best wines to compliment each of our unforgettable dishes.
Introducing our newest wine additions from Hungerford Hill.
Hungerford Hill is a boutique estate located in the heart of the NSW Hunter Valley. Established in 1967, Hungerford Hill has built a reputation known for its distinguished wines.

2013 Dalliance Chardonnay Pinot Noir Sparkling
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in the cool climate region of Tumbarumba NSW, Dalliance sparkling wine is bottle fermented in the Traditional Methode Champenoise. With an intense aroma showing hints of toasty brioche and displaying a complex and crisp lively palate of honeydew melon flavours with a delicate mousse, this sparking wine is an excellent accompaniment to our freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters.

2018 Hunter Valley Preservative Free Semillon (Vegan Friendly)
This preservative free wine is made with minimal intervention to keep the wine pure and without the addition of any sulphites. “Semillon from the Hunter Valley is distinctive and unique.” The warm and humid climate of this region produces quality fruit and sensational wines.
This wine displays lemon and lime characters and a crisp natural acidity. A perfect match to our Scallops with sweet pork, grapefruit and papaya salad on betel leaf.

Hungerford Hill Liqueur Muscat
A classic Australian style from the Rutherglen region, this liqueur Muscat displays a dark amber colour and rich raisin fruit characters, typical of classic fortified wines.
Try this dessert wine as an accompaniment to our Chocolate Hazelnut Pave or on its own as an after-dinner treat.

You can find Hungerford Hill in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley.
