Order your Duck Leg pack by Friday 17th July 8 pm for pick up from Cafe Patina from Saturday 4 pm.
You will get all the raw ingredients you need to prepare this dish. We will give you an email of the recipe as well as a printed version.
At 11 am on Sunday 19th July you can join Stewart and Hilary for a live zoom call and we will show you how to prepare the dish. At this time we expect the call to be about 30 min and it is not currently a cook as you go session. So we show you how and then after the call you can cook your lunch or wait till dinner and cook then. This zoom call will be recorded and forwarded to you in the afternoon.
