Starting with a canape and local sparkling wine, followed by your choice from 3 dishes in each course, off a delectable menu skilfully prepared by Head Chef, Stewart Wallace. You will also have the option to accompany each course with selected wines to match and complement each dish on the menu.
Choose from either 4 courses including a glass of 2013 Hungerford Hill Dalliance Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir for $85 per person or 4 courses including food and wine pairings for $120 per person.
