This weeks Sunday lunch live will be Barramundi.

Crisp skin roasted barramundi fillet
Lemon beure blanc
Mash potato
Mixed greens in a citrus hazelnut dressing.
Order your barramundi pack by Friday 1 May 8pm for pick up from Cafe Patina from Saturday 4pm
You will get all the raw ingredients you need to prepare this dish.
We will give you a email of the recipe as well as a printed version.
At 11am you can join Stewart and Hilary for a live zoom call and we will show you how to prepare the dish. At this time we expect the call to be about 30 min and it is not currently a cook as you go session. So we show you how and then after the call you can cook your lunch or wait till dinner and cook then.
This zoom call will be recorded and forwarded to you in the afternoon.
